Hi Lisa, this was a Splash pad my friend and I tried out last week. It is at the Lynches River State Park in Effingham, just outside of Florence. It was a small splash pad, but the kids obviously had a great time! Only $3 for each child, parents are free. It was a short drive and lots of fun!
